We are looking for a Skills Trainer who can help participants, students, or employees build specific practical, technical, and professional capabilities. The person in this role will be responsible for designing training plans, preparing learning materials, conducting classroom and hands-on sessions, evaluating progress, and providing post-training support. A successful Skills Trainer should be able to deliver training in a way that makes complex topics easy to understand and applicable in real work environments.
To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a strong passion for teaching, patience, clear communication skills, and experience delivering practical training. The trainer will assess learner needs, create suitable lesson structures, and align training activities with organizational goals, industry standards, and participant ability levels. Training topics may include technical skills, soft skills, safety procedures, equipment handling, customer service, production processes, or other workplace-related competencies.
The Skills Trainer will need to prepare materials, tools, presentations, and evaluation methods before each session. During training, they will keep participants engaged, answer questions, supervise exercises, and use supportive methods to overcome learning barriers. After training, they will prepare evaluation reports, identify improvement areas, and recommend future learning actions.
This role requires strong time management, teamwork, problem-solving ability, presentation skills, and a results-oriented mindset. In many cases, the trainer will work with people of different ages, experience levels, and educational backgrounds, so adaptability and empathy are essential. Comfort with digital learning platforms, online classroom tools, and assessment software will be considered an added advantage.
We want a professional who does more than simply share information. The ideal candidate will create a positive learning environment, build confidence, and motivate trainees to gain practical skills they can use effectively. If you enjoy sharing knowledge, supporting the growth of others, and leading structured, impactful training sessions, this opportunity may be an excellent fit for you.
